Vanessa was born to an alcoholic mother and at the age of 9 months, after her father died, she was taken from her family. When she got into foster care she started to suffer from various health problems, developmental defects and autism. As her foster mother is single and serously ill too, she needs to pay for a personal assistant who can take care of Vanessa during the time, which she has to spend in hospital due to her illness.
